All around great experience purchasing my watch from Vlad at Luxury Watches USA. I was looking to purchase my first watch, and I called around to numerous places looking for a specific Rolex that was discontinued in 2019. Although he did not have the watch in stock when I originally inquired, he was able to find the model and had it in store for me the next day. I was in search of a specific, discontinued Time Piece. After detailed search online, I found Luxury Watches USA in New York to have an amazing selection, well priced. The site was easy to navigate which also offers easy/instant WhatsApp text option by pressing the WhatsApp logo which appears on main page. I had many questions and began communicating with Vlad. He was patient and answered all my detailed questions and requests. He sent me videos of the actual piece I would be purchasing and gave honest answers. Luxury Watches USA did a tremendous job with my watch. Aleksandra did not have the Mark 2 model of the Rolex Explorer desired, but only the Mark 1. I wanted the Mark 2, so she found it for me in a single day according to my specific requirements, corresponded with me back and forth sharing pictures and details to assist with the decision, and then we closed a deal. I found the exact watch that I wanted on Ebay and Luxury Watches USA was the seller. I admit I was extremely nervous sending them 50K for a watch. I reached out to them directly and spoke with Aleksandra. She was extremely knowledgable and more impotantly responsive. Based on the Google reviews, Ebay rating, and most of all assurance from Aleksandra I decided to move forward. I wired the money around 4pm on Thursday afternoon and at 930am Friday my watch arrived at my home in Florida! The watch was preowned, but I would have a hard time believing anyone ever wore it.
